The cooperative unit is in a 30 story tower in Jamaica Plain with stunning views of the city and surrounding towns. The unit is a 1,200 SF two bedroom, one bath unit which was totally gutted and rebuilt. The design included sustainable materials such as bamboo flooring, custom tiles made from recycled beer bottles and low energy lighting. Custom wool carpets made in Belgium and custom wall paints enhanced the design. The kitchen was expanded in size with custom wood cabinets and energy efficient appliances. |
